Vibratory Compaction & Leveling

The integrated vibration system operates at high frequency (up to 70Hz), simultaneously compacting and leveling fresh concrete in a single pass. With 25cm effective compaction depth and 26cm construction depth, the machine eliminates voids and air pockets while creating a smooth, dense surface. The cold-rolled steel base plate is wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant. Reduces the need for additional vibration equipment and manual finishing work.
