The GZD Round Plate Planetary Concrete Floor Grinder & Polisher with Edge Grinding Wheel is an upgraded model developed by GZD Machinery on the N65 planetary platform, featuring an integrated edge grinding solution. The key innovation: the main grinding area employs a 3-head, 9-disc round plate planetary drive system, while an independently driven edge grinding wheel is integrated on the side of the machine body — enabling simultaneous main-area grinding and edge grinding within 3mm of the wall, completely eliminating the secondary manual edge work required by traditional floor grinders.

The 550mm round plate working width combined with 360° planetary rotation enables seamless, cross-seam-free complete coverage in a single pass. The 7.5kW motor paired with a 7.5kW variable frequency drive provides stepless main plate speed adjustment from 0 to 320 rpm and satellite disc speeds up to 1500 rpm, covering the full processing spectrum from coarse grinding to fine polishing.
